This was a fun, but short book that contains some enjoyable arrangements of Bach songs for guitar. I only recognized the one song, but that might just be my own lack of experience. While I can't fault the arrangements or the fingering suggestions, which are very helpful, I would have liked to have seen the songs in drop-D tuning separated from the ones in standard tuning, since they are in no particular order, and there is a good deal of filler, including blurry manuscript paper and random woodcuts of cellists and lutenists. Just the same, what is there is interesting, and though I have a good bit of experience on the guitar, it took me to places and voicings that weren't familiar, and challenged me a good bit.
