This book has a great introduction to the environment, and also on how to conduct experiments. It has lots of simple experiments that can be done on habitats, pollution, the greenhouse effect, oil spills, acid rain, and solar energy. It also has a few on plants, decomposition, biospheres, etc. It has a glossary in the back. Nice for in-class experiments, or for students to take home
