While this book was written in an entertaining style, there was really nothing new for anyone who has been reading organization books or blogs. Some of her advice conflicts, and her explanation for the exceptions are generally rather weak.

There are many books that do a much better job at this: "Sink Reflections" by Marla Cilley is a good starter, and recently I've really liked Marie Kondo's book "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up"

I feel like I should read a book like this every season as a reminder. I love de-cluttering and it's great to have a book like this to remind me of why it's important.

This book had some interesting ideas, and an interesting angle on why we hold on to things. Definitely inspirational.
