"Service 7" by Peter Bowman is a very interesting read indeed.

The book is aimed at financial planners, accountants, managers, or other business people involved in a professional service business. In the book you can find 7 core principles (hence the title of the book) that can help you deliver excellent service in your profession, especially if you're working with clients.
From the very beginning, the book grabs your attention and keeps you enthralled in the author's story and style used to transfer the knowledge gathered through the years of his vast and longtime experience. The story has a natural flow and the style is very straightforward, which I particularly liked about this book. It speaks of creating value and quick rapport with your clients by understanding their specific and particular needs, which will ultimately serve as a foundation for your effective and top-notch service.
The book is divided into segments for each of the 7 principles and at the end of it you can find action plans you can use to plan how to make your next strategic move. It also offers invaluable advice, and different examples are included to guide you how to put these principles into practice.
I strongly recommend this book to anyone who is a business owner or is planning to start his own business, regardless of their profession. This quick read will save you years of practice when it comes to client service and efficient product marketing for your business.

I won this book on the Goodreads giveaways and therefore would like to thank the author.
