This books give you the list of things you need to keep as emergency kit but I found this kit will not be an easy one to carry so, I won't be thinking about it at all.Lots of useful tips are there and you can make your own list according to your priorities.
This was a great little book, or overly large pamphlet. Basic bits and pieces you need to know to be prepared for possible disaster. While touching on the prepping culture it doesn't go too deep into the various sub genera's that are out there for this subject.
If your looking for a quick point to point on what si needed and essential and are find some of the larger tomes a little daunting then this is definitely a good place to start.
