The fact that my first completed book in two months is a hiking guide to an area I've never visited tells you something about pandemic escapism. It's a wonderful little book. I only wish it had included a comprehensive map of where all these hikes are located in relation to Glasgow -- I find myself lacking crucial context to where any of these actually are without already being familiar with all the highways around there by number. He does provide the distance in both km and mi from the city centre, which is a big help.
