My First Spanish Picture Dictionary shows everyday scenes like a birthday party, a backyard, a pet store and many more on one page. One the opposite page individual things are pictured with both the English and Spanish words given. For example a dog is show and the words 'puppy' and 'el perrito' are next to the picture of a small dog. Counting, colors, action words and a chart to sound out the Spanish words is included to make this a very useful dictionary to use with both children with English or Spanish as their first language and learning to opposite language as a second language. It gives over two hundred common everyday nouns to help increase the vocabulary of the children.
