I love this book a lot. I am a newbie in iOS area and what I found blocking me to get into it is how to use Xcode effectively. This book shows you step by step, from basic to advance features. It's very easy to follow and understand.
The little down side is that it doesn't be updated to new Xcode yet. So some times you find the examples didn't work anymore. But with a little effort, you can find solutions on the Internet.
