Actually, the book I just reread is Telling Tales: storytelling in the family by Gail de Vos and Merle Harris (1995). I have revisited this book in order to find inspiration for a return to storytelling; I have not been disappointed. The book is a celebration of story, as well as a useful guide to certain techniques one may find useful for finding and telling stories. Two dedicated storytellers and I parents offer personal and practical advice. Thanks to both.
