TWILIGHT BEACH - C. Deanne Rowe Allison Chandler's dreams were to be the first in her family to attend college, become a lawyer and marry her high school love. After ten years Allison had everything except one, Tucker Jones. Now that his father needs Allison's help can she finally have it all?
LISA'S STORM - Glenna West A river rescue, a breaking and entering and a gun drawn lead to the adventure of a lifetime for Lisa Delaney and Jason Storm.
WIFE FOR HIRE - Magnolia "Maggie" Rivers Ashley Wainwright needs money and Wade Hollister needs a wife. Sounds easy enough but neither count on life throwing them a curve.
C. Deanne Rowe, author of heartwarming fiction about life, love, and everything in between, was born and raised in southwest Oklahoma. She has also lived in Nebraska, Texas, and California. Iowa has been her home for over thirty years where she lives with her husband, two children and their spouses, five grandchildren, the memory of her hero teacup toy poodle, Allie, and her rescued Frenchie, Kendell.
Twilight Beach was full of spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors. It was unrealistic (Allison tried a court case in a state she wasn't licensed to practice law in) and choppy.
Lisa's Torm was a bit better, but not great. I thought Jason was kind of pathetic, and I'm not a fan of characters who fall in love too quickly. Just like the first book, the writing style was very amateurish.
Wife for Hire was decent. Some spelling and punctuation errors though. I actually would have liked to see it as a longer book. Writing was better than the other two stores although still not as polished as I'd expect for a multi-published author.
