Borrowed this book from my parents and it is THE project book for me now. Starts with a detailed outline of all the types of materials, hardware, and finishes you could encounter and what each is for. Then dives in to the woodworking projects: clear, detailed diagrams; a consolidated material list for the shopping, and easy instructions without the frills.

The designs themselves, while structurally simple, were not boring. These were classic designs made well with an extra oomph of style.

Truly this book is the perfect blend of IKEA meets DIY.
