What Did I Learn Today? Lessons on the Journey to Unconditional Self-Love

Rate this book
It's a funny thing when you take responsibility for your life and tell the absolute and brutal truth. What's the famous saying? The truth will set you free? Yes, it sure does. The time had come to be brutally honest, to tell the truth, to take responsibility. This is my story, the journey of how I discovered love for me, unconditionally.

The generous sharing of life lessons by this first time author from Trinidad and Tobago is well received. In a somewhat stream of conscious style she gives expression to fears accompanying adverse events and the journey to overcoming those fears through self-awareness,love and faith. There are typing errors in the book but these I'm sure will be corrected for future editions. It's a book that may bring hope and solace to others so I commend the effort made.

A great tale of heartbreak, faith, strength and redemption told in an easily read style. I loved the voice in the story as the author was able to connect to the reader. Great first book.
