More Money Than God...what do you think of that? The main reason why this book was so meaningful to me was simply because it was not all about making more money and becoming more richer and buying more material things to impress people you really don't care about. In fact, its the opposite. Its about finding the time necessary to spend with the people in your life that you care about the most, the people that money can prevent you from paying attention to in the first place. The people that NEED your time and attention more than your money. Although money definitely helps, and is definitely needed, not only to satisfy our needs and many of our desires, we don't need more money than enough. Certainly everyone's definition of enough is different, however, you have to come to an understanding (with yourself, and your family of course) of how much is really enough. How much do you need to ensure that you and your family are cared for properly, being given the things they need and several things that they want (and you need and want) while also giving some to others in need? You need to determine that without being excessive. No child or spouse wants money over love. (If they do, you're likely not with the right person). I highly recommend this book for a different perspective on money in your life. If you will open your heart and read it from the right perspective, it will help you more than anything else will.

We all get caught up in materialism. This is a great book to counter that and challenge our thinking on money and morals.

This is a book written by a rabbi that's really about how to evaluate your work-life balance, how to spend money, and whether you're in the right career (if you're in it for the money). I think it's useful for helping you get a better perspective about what's really important in life.

Solid book. Interesting and quick read about money and life. Nothing too mind-blowing, but I enjoyed it all the same.
