Football is one of the most popular sports in the world and kids who love the sport, dream of becoming the best football player of all time. I am a big football fan and this book was really interesting to me. Learning about these three great football players, not just from what I see watching them on television. This book allowed me to make the decision of who I think is the best based on the information and stories that the author, Luca Caioli, gives which made me loves this book even more. It’s also compelling to discover new facts about the three footballers that I didn’t know about. “He (Lionel Messi) has scored 331 goals in official matches and 27 in friendlies, and has helped Barcelona to 21 trophies.” (Caioli 50)
I give this book a five because I know the sport and that makes it easier for me to understand what the book is talking about. If I didn’t know about the teams that Messi, Neymar, and Ronaldo play on or the league that they play in, then I think the book would be more difficult to understand. I also gave this a five because of the purpose of the book. Luca Caioli didn’t say who he thought was the best player, he just gave the information of each player and let you decide for yourself. “While there may not be a definitive answer to be found in these pages, there is plenty of room for opinions and analysis of the three players’ journeys to stardom.(Caioli 2)

I love this book because it tells a story about my 3 favorite players in the whole wide world.This story is so interesting because 2 players that supposably have a rivalry are messi and Ronaldo and I also think that.This book tells a story how each of these players life went.Neymar plays for brazil/Barcelona, Ronaldo plays for real Madrid/portugal,and messi plays for Barcelona/argentina.

Their dreams are made of gold, you learn how little Messi was obsessed with everything that came in round shapes and was more akin in collecting pebbles, and how much his paternal grandmother played a part in his footballing career. How much Barcelona help and pushed him into becoming the man he is today. Then you get to know Ronaldo, who once grew up in a place where there was no football field for him to practise his art, and on the hard gravel of the streets is where he flourish, his teachers comments about him, the separation with the family, how he became an international superstar would turn your hatred into respect towards Ronaldo. Neymar, who was the diamond breeding in the Brazilian's landscape, how his talents were spotted, how he became a chameleon, a supreme entertainer, whose love for football used to make him go to bed with a football in his hand. It's one of the most wonderful biographies ever written and it's more beautiful when you get all 3 of them in one set, each of their greatness compared and laid out on the table. Luca did not leave any stone unturned, one of his best works yet!

Review : Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior (Mogi das Cruzes, 5 februari 1992) – alias Neymar – is een Braziliaans voetballer die bij voorkeur als linksbuiten speelt. Hij tekende in augustus 2017 een contract tot medio 2022 bij Paris Saint-Germain, dat hem overnam van FC Barcelona. Neymar debuteerde in 2010 in het Braziliaans voetbalelftal. The lesson of the book was on the statistics of each player on their lives such as soccer, sponsors, personal life and their huge wins as a professional soccer player. A positive thing about this book would be on the fact that the author talks about these players when they were in a young age and then continues on there age now. This is a Positive thing about the book because the author really goes into detail on their lives from a young age. A negative thing about the book would be that the book is very short. Therefore this is negative thing about the book because when you start to read and you get to the very end you get depressed because you learned so much about these amazing players that you now want to learn even more.
