Rate this book
The project APTM is a CONSTRUMAT initiative whose objective was to research and facilitate the construction of affordable housing that responds to today's social needs. Directed by the architect Josep Bohigas, APTM proposes minimally sized, low-cost, sustainable housing built with quality materials. APTM presents six prototypes of ultra-compact apartments (30m2) by internationally acclaimed architects Anne Lacaton & Jean Philippe Vassal and Iñaki Ábalos & Juan Herreros, as well as by emerging architects Santiago Cirugeda and Gustau Gili, and by Sergio García, Jorge Cortés, Borja García and Miquel Suau, award-winning students of the Habitácola competition.
