I won this book on Goodreads. It was a quick, easy read.

I started reading this book and was quickly turned off. The author doesn't know where to start the story. It begins when an airplane flight is cancelled, and the heroine and her new employee, a male, have to share a hotel room. Right away, before we get to know them, she confesses something she's never told anyone else before. She's a rape victim, and that's why she's only interested in casual sex. It's way too soon in the story to be telling the big secret.
Then, in the next chapter, she tells her boyfriend to get lost, that he's not welcome here anymore. Two pages later, they are licking whipped cream off of each other in front of a fire. Obviously, the woman can't make up her mind.
I received a review copy from Cross Reads, a service for Christian authors to help promote clean and moral books. I felt lied to and cheated that this book was being promoted as a clean read.
It shouldn't even be promoted as a good read. There is no description of any kind, several formatting errors, and a lack of understanding on how to build a story up to a climax. It starts in the wrong part of the story, and doesn't make the reader care about the characters. Don't waste your time reading this one.
