Interesting though a slightly tough read. Can be used in Corporate Training, but everybody, at least the trainers involved would have to have a good grasp of the concept. On a more personal front, has several techniques and tricks one can adopt/adapt and use

Excellent book for budding trainers and even the experienced ones. You will definitely find something of value from this book.
