Howard and his Pup Scouts team get a reminder course in manners from Ms. Owlee. They are reminded to think about caring for others to take care of their manners issues.
The illustrations are charming and the message works.

This is a book about manners that wouldn't hurt to read to children, but it is rather stereotypical/judgmental at times. It has a good overall message.
