A great book if wanting to learn about voice over IP telphony and the Cisco Callmanager software suite. I learned an assload of stuff from this book, and, having no formal training on the Callmanager, I was able to manipulate a lot of data in the call manager, including building phone books and other things. Great book to learn about some of the concepts around VOIP telecommunications.
