These books just arrived and were processed by our library in the past few weeks. As I read through them, I realized that there is a lot of misinformation in this series. For instance, in the title, I Am a Good Citizen it says, "I lend a hand to keep things clean. Kid's who bully don't care about making a mess". This statement is untrue because not all kids who bully are messy, but even more importantly is the fact that messiness and bullying are not related topics. Being messy can be inconsiderate and undesirable but has nothing to do with being a bully. There are several examples in each book similar to this. I feel that I cannot be a responsible librarian and knowingly circulate this series in our library. I will be withdrawing them immediately from our collection.

It was way too young for me. I am going into 4th grade and there some things in here that are not true at all.

See my review for I am Trustworthy, just replace good citizen for trustworthy. It has a self righteous tone too.
I really hope some victimised kid doesn’t read these books, go through the examples given and think oh, my abuser doesn’t do that, so they’re not a bully then, and continue being bullied.
