Robert's passion for shamanic work shines through in his book. Some of my favorites were learning the infinity symbol, how to heal addictions, exercises with spirit guides and channeling (releasing souls into the light). Robert ends on a note that describes shamanic work as community work, within the role of earthsteward - being conscious within the work that supports earth's design for healing. I can't say enough good about this book!

I feel much more confident in my spiritual practice after having read this book. I definitely want to give this one a second read through in order to have the exercises committed to memory.
