This is a great second instalment to the 'Sin Eater' series. C.D. Breadners development of the story and the addition of more characters create a very considerable sized and absorbing world for the reader. We are introduces to 'Psionic Vampires', 'Janbiyas/Jinns' and a cast of Angels which I hope to read their stories and see much more of in future books. Through out the book I was wondering where the next twist in the story was going to lead me and it was all pulled together with a great ending. I loved the idea of the 'Frusto' and 'Decipio', it's twist on love and attraction, there was just enough smexy love scenes between the characters and plenty of mystery and suspense..quite a gem of a read.

Who would have thought I'd miss the many sexy bits? While it cuts back on the erotica, it increases in it's angel/demon plot with more in depth story line, plot & surprises. A nice sequel.

I like where it starts off and how it weaves back into the characters from the first book while adding in new ones. Again with the toe curling sex, better than any romance novel! I just love all the characters and how human and real they are. They make mistakes, but annoying and stupid like so many books. I never find myself screaming at them about how stupid there are! Can't wait for the third!!
