This book was well summarized. Although learning and the way people learn constantly evolves and this book was written several years ago, many of its suggestions still stand. The authors proposed some leadership learning activities (that came with at your own risk contracts) such as water-rafting and hunting. In today's world, those would fall more into team-building exercises rather than leadership

What I truly did like was the section on evaluations. I got a few ideas for a training program we'll be launching soon.
