Clear, well researched book with plenty of real world scenarios. Covers all the major topics in Information Technology including security, privacy, data and knowledge management, mobile computing, social computing, cloud computing among others. It was the prescribed textbook for one of my university subjects.

I read this for a class and there were some interesting things but at times the writing felt to dry, but what do you expect for a textbook?
