Not the Netflix Movie!

Flat characters. Themes borrowed from Stephen King, turned into a Jedi mind control fantasy at the very end. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price. But I slogged through it to the boring, expository rich, action lacking ending.

Not a bad premise, but the writing is careless, for example, 'unlaced pumps'??? c'mon now, don't use words you don't understand.
