About the author

Joe McGee, author, Bible teacher and former school administrator is the founder and director of Joe McGee Ministries and Faith for Families.

This was a great book with so much practical advice. I have applied a lot what I can with the ages my kids are and have seen differences. I will read this book again and again because there is wisdom for every stage. I recommend that all parents read this book!

My family has been friends with Joe McGee since his first child. Joe and Denise definitely know how to raise kids even in today's culture. I have modeled/changed my own style of parenting after his advice and my parents. Absolutely a must-read for information but also very easy to read with his sense of humor!

Joe McGee has six kids and a wonderful, humorous way of instructing us in the truths of God’s Word. This book clearly outlines how we can train our children up in the way they should go – how to raise them to become disciples of Jesus. It’s so encouraging to know that God can help us raise our kids and He’s totally available to do so – this book shows us how.
