I knew Abe from his time with the Chicago SEED underground paper in Chicago and his frequent visits to our rad organic hippie commune in central Wisconsin. Yet it was enlightening to read the full account of his amazing experiences in bringing alternative news to the masses. Those were heady times, much like our own, in which the masses rise up demanding progressive change. It was not in vain, we wrought much good & still are, some of us anyway, shoulders to the wheel in the good fight. Read it & know much and little has changed.
