I received this as a Wedding gift. My Husband and I were in our mid to late 20s, he had a demanding job, and I worked full-time and went to night school. These Time-Life cookbooks were perfect for us, and our small apartment kitchen. There was a large color photo of every single dish, so you had a visual-aid as to help you choose for what you were in the mood. The directions were simple, clear, and concise- just what we needed for that busy time in our life!
