I liked this book very much, it allowed me to understand the professional way of modern communications. The book was part of business and managerial communication class and both has arrived on time sine I needed to improve my writing in a timely fashion way.
I recommend the book and will certainly read it again.

I used to study this book for one of the courses, and I have read it again. It is useful more in the written communication.
