Deceit, Manipulation, Revenge, and Love All Rolled Into One Story

Zachary and Jayla, known as Jay, are siblings who find themselves involved with the same woman. One for love, one for control.

I loved Honey’s “Deranged Love.” It had romance, action, some crazy moments and ultimately justice for all. The author did a great job of painting a picture and making you feel like you were watching all the drama unfold.

I thought this was a very good novel. My only complaint is errors. There were some missing words and punctuation. Very good portrayal displayed in this novel.

Yea holiday weekend, when you can shamelessly indulge in a book or two, read late into the night and read all day as you do your relax mode,sigh it was lovely LOL..Wanted to knock down some of my astronomical library haul that I keep renewing and pushing books to the side to read and thought to get into some urban drama and romance, keep it light and page turning for a day off and this book was that but lost some of the intrigue around the middle and just became unrealistic and overdramatic even for this genre..I must say that there were a few typographical errors, a couple of sex scenes but nothing too over the top and instead of being a twisted book full of surprises it just kept going on and on with lives being ruined all along the way..So enter Jayla (Jay) and Zach who are brother and sisters orphaned after their father killed their mother in a murderous rage while they were committing adultery..To say the children were emotionally scarred is an understatement as Jay becomes a lesbian and shuns all men due to anger and resentment harbored to her father for taking her mother away and Zach is a commitment-phobe dog who goes through women without a second thought until he gets to know the Jamaican beauty Jay sports around and treats a possession, the lovely dancer Jillian Bessette. Jill, gorgeous, shapely and naïve begins to feel the manipulations and possessiveness of Jay as well as the many other women that Jay doesn’t really bother to hide from her as she gets closer and starts to reciprocate the care and lust for Zach that he has for her..Inevitably Zach and Jill get together which enrages Jay even as she in the midst of moving to Atlanta and ruining her true love and ex girlfriend’s wedding which brings another round of problems as her and her ex Venus had a child together with a mess of a paternity that is best left as a family secret..Add in all these problems as well as Zach and Jill planning a secret wedding, an ex of Zach’s butting in to get her own form of revenge for being passed over for another woman and Jay’s trouble with other ladies she runs game on ,pending charges of theft from her job and just a whole lot and there you have this book I can honestly say I didn’t enjoy that much but was grateful for an in depth story not matter how farfetched and left field it is but cant say this is a memorable, engaging or recommended story LOL..next please…..

Jay and Zach are the closest brother and sister you would see. After going through a major obstacle in their childhood they are determined to not let nothing or nobody come in between them. However, that all changes when Jay's lover Jill and Zach begin to fall in love. Jay will teach them a lesson they will find hard to forget.

This was a really good book with lots of craziness. Jay was definitely a character that you could find her to love. With this being said, I did find myself feeling like the end was a little dragged out. I'm not sure I will read the sequel because I like how this story ended.

Jay is a certified crazy ass what else can go wrong. All these women with low self esteem sure was just a pawn in her little scheme of get back. On to part 2 to figure out what else craziness can happen. I can't foresee it.
