Before helping others, seeking help, or even considering such thoughts, we must realize a fact that not many Therapists and Patients are willing to confront: Only those that help themselves can be helped! Nobody can provide assistance when such is invalidated by its receptor; we can help as much as someone is willing to accept it. The key to significant changes consists in following the most positive decisions in life. It's easy to change when moving towards a better reality. This is the principle in which this book is based to promote a better understanding on how to overcome depression.
The book seems to be written under a pen name. Actually I could't find anything on the author, but from what I read it seems that he either is/has work/ed in the psychological field or is/has been struggling with some issues of his own for a long time.
The content is concise but it seems to be written in a hurry, and therefor some mistakes can be found (usually missed enters, some not finished sentences and not very well connected paragraphs, or at least it wasn't clear to me to what was he referring in some places) and therefor the 3 stars (more like 2.5)
The author/publisher doesn't give any new information but express his own opinion. He gives some strong opinions with some of them I just don't want to agree (mainly in the beginning of the book), but some places where he sounds more detached something new and profound can be found.
Overall this seems like something someone can publish in a blog. Not really a book but a personal view.
