This book, all 100,000 pages of it, is the companion to the Securities Regulation casebook. I threw out my back this week trying to lug it up the four flights of stairs to the classroom. But that is the trade-off of enjoying thousands of pages of pure, unadulterated black-letter law. No examples, no notes, just code.
