In Canada we have many talented artists who seem to be largely unknown outside of Canada. J.W. Morrice (1865-1924) painted many beautiful Impressionist pieces that captured Montreal, Venice and a slew of other places. This book offers a well-written narrative of his travels, techniques and works. The reproductions are vibrant and well documented. Discover a wonderful Canadian artist through this book.
