The workout I've needed

I've tried them all: running, Zumba, weights, cardio... but this has them all beat! No equipment necessary. No matter age, location, or fitness level you can use these exercises to get the body you want. Of course, nutrition plays a part in your results as well. But I believe the workouts given here will help get you where you'd like to be.

I liked that the book was written in a simple easy format with clear pictures.
Easy simple plan to follow, but does not mean performing the fantastic four are easy my body is burning!
