The Tugboat Mystery

Rate this book
Tom Owens thought he was the luckiest boy in New York because his uncle was first mate aboard the Bessie, one of the fastest tugboats in the harbor. There was a fight between his uncle and the deckhand, then the tugboat was rammed, and Uncle Steve's knife was found by the cut electric wire which caused the accident. Tom stowed away on the Bessie to try to help solve the mystery.
