"Sealed for Second Chances" by Nanci Novak is the fourth book in the "Sealed Series" and is a captivating military romance that successfully combines heart-pounding action, heartfelt emotions, and a second-chance love story. Novak's writing style is fluid and engaging, making it easy to become fully engrossed in the lives of the characters. She delivers a tale that will keep you turning the pages.
The story revolves around Haley Finch, a strong-willed and independent woman, and David Scott (Scotty), a Navy SEAL who has devoted his life to serving his country. Their paths cross once again after years of separation, bringing forth a flood of unresolved emotions and unfulfilled desires.

Suspence, second chance, intrigue, military romance, miscommunication, Selfless, best friends, friends to lovers
Being a sucker for second chance friends to lovers and a bit of military romance, I read the book and it didn't disappoint. The story was wonderful with interesting characters. The MFC was after a story determined to prove a point and found herself in a situation that shook her foundation but still made her determined to achieve a goal. The MMC wasn't one to ask for hel when needed, he was loyal to his team and it was definitely a test of wills to handle the woman you love trying to take you down for what you're not doing.
Nicely written, beautifully told, inspiring story.
Never judge a book by the cover, and never leave all stones uncovered. Always achieve your goals through determination and persistence. Never give up your love, be selfish and understand what you and your partner need, don't thrust others love away to another.

There is more intrigue in this story to keep the reader’s attention, so don’t think this is a simple love story. And the road bumps are always interesting as two people try to work their way back to a sturdy relationship. Grab your copy and enjoy!

This is the first book that i have read by Nanci Novak & the first book in this series. I can't wait to read more from this author. I plan on reading the rest of this series. It is a very good read I couldn't put it down. The characters & story were well written. Scotty & Haley were friends growing up. Scotty was in love with Haley. Haley was in love with, but her sister Julie liked him to so Hailey told Scotty to date her sister because they made a cute couple. Julie was killed in a car accident on her way home from college for winter break. Scotty decided to join the Navy & become a seal. I don't want to give the story away. If you want to find out what will happen, you really need to read the book. I recommend that you add this book to your library.

This is Haley and David"Scotty's" story and is a heart felt second chance love story. Haley is a reporter and David a Navy Seal. They meet up again in the hospital after David is in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. Haley agrees to drive him to his mothers and help him along the way but David has a hard time admitting he needs help. During their journey past feelings and unresolved issues are brought up that add to the emotional heartfelt story. Throw in some intrigue and danger and it makes for an interesting ride. I highly recommend!

Haley turned Scott down in high school sending him into the military. When he is wounded, he finds himself back home where he once again reconnects with Haley. There is a connection between them will this time around bring them the love they deserve. This is a heartfelt military romance that had me connecting with the characters and cheering them on to finding happiness.

Scotty & Haley bring us further into the mystery from book 1. Their history bring on so much emotions while there is a beautiful lesson to learn as we read this brilliant book. Love, action, suspense & family fills the pages.

I give this one a 3.5. I received a free copy of this book, and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is a good story, but I found it a little long winded at times. I would encourage everyone to give this one a chance. This is a first time read from this author, but I am looking for more of her books.

A well written perfectly paced story pulling you in from the start. I was drawn in with the action filled reading that brought together Scotty and Haley. This is a standalone read but you don't want to put it down once you start and you want to read the rest in the series. I can't wait for the next book.
