Donna Wright delivers an easy-to-read, well developed book on creating and implementing Human Resource Competencies in Health Care. Filled with helpful examples, the book well covers the second and third order effects of various choices. I most strongly recommend this for Senior Nurse Executives, staff development, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and staff educators.

I found this book very helpful as a new Nursing Professional Development Educator. It reads very quickly and easily. Whenever I read anything for school or work I tend to have to read the same paragraph a few times to get the full understanding, but this book I was able to read so easily and understand.
