This book suggests ways in which a change of diet could improve your feelings.

I found some of this book useful and some of the recipes looked fantastic, but for the average person it comes down to eating less junk / processed food and taking some exercise.

Although it is focused on depression for biochemical imbalances, eating the right food remains the fundamental. If you know “You are what you eat”, then Gill Paul with Karen Sullivan did a good job in providing concise nutrition and swift solution to make yourself happy on your own or using their recipes. The introduction is the most critical part of the book. Juicy bits of practical information.

Nice information, well organised, simple.

some of the exciting information :
1) In order to feel happy .. You should: eat enough proteins, B & D vitamins, fish, choose right carbs and look after your gut.
2) Physical activity cause the release of endrophins which block pain receptor sites in the brain.
3) depression is caused not only by chemical imbalances but also as a result of genetic or life events.
