کتاب حاضر، ترجمهاي از کتاب «محاکمة اللغتين» امير عليشير نوايي است که در آن کيفيت دو زبان ترکي و فارسي، اثبات برتري زبان تركي بر فارسي، مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. اين ترجمه داراي: چاغاتایي، آوانويسي لاتين و برگردان تورکي آذري به همراه ترجمه فارسي بخش «تورخان گنجهاي»، «محاکمة اللغتين» است. لازم به ذکر است در صفحات نخستين کتاب شرح حالي مختصر از نگارنده ـ «امير عليشير نوايي» ـ نگاشته شده است.
