This is the proven, real-world story of winning by motivating employees in the most positive way possible--nurturing them, showing them you care about their accomplishments, giving them the skills and the responsibilites to become winners.
The author mostly talked about himself like he was the messiah. I got rather tired hearing him talk about how great he thinks he is. He probably is that good at his job, but translating that into a compelling and entertaining read is not one of his skills based on this book. At times it felt like his stories were somewhat like the movie Boiler Room, but with characters you'd see in the TV series The Office.
