This book is funny and very easy to read. I like that the story is told mainly by the animals, Miss Pussy, Brutus & Bruce. The quilting club ladies are a hoot too. I would really like to find the first book and read it also. I received this book in a good reads giveaway.

Received the book for free through Goodreads First Reads.

Let me just get this out of the way. This book has blaring grammar and punctuation mistakes which makes it difficult to read. The author switches from first person to third with no smooth transitions. I will put all that aside being that this is clearly self-published and it may have been more of a project of love than start to a career.
This was adorable and silly. A true beach/summer/afternoon read to kill time and leave a smile on your face.

I was nervous to start a book from the cats point of view. This is a self published book, and while you can note this from page one it does not take away from the books content. Lots of laughs already, just picturing the sunglass wearing pot smoking dogs make me giggle. Most certainly a book for those with a sense of humor. Reminds me of my grandma, and her friends. I know they compliment each other without truth. ;) I enjoy self published books and this was among a favorite. It made me laugh out loud, smile, and I wanted to read the ending. Thankful to have won a copy from goodreads!

Hilarious and charming, Miss Pussy tells it like it is just like the ladies in her life. I am such an animal lover, which just added to the story's humor. Davis is a wonderful author and I am so thankful I won her giveaway!
