This was a simple yet helpful read from a psychological and light spiritual perspective getting at the root of being honest, humble and ultimately content. His stories - usually from his summers in the farm or his practice - and advice were very practical and usually focused on self awareness of what makes one angry or resentful or fearful or envious. He often leaves you with questions that lead to deeper reflection to help someone get under what drives them, disturbs them, or prevents them from relating with people. The title of the book is its aim - contentment that is not based on your circumstances, successes, or situations.
