Finding out you have a secret relative is one thing, but having someone new introduced to your life and having to look over your shoulder is another. whew chile
This one here is most definitely a certified page turner! Just when I thought book one couldn’t get no better, book two took me down through there!! These ladies are not to be played with!! If you haven’t read this series then you are truly missing out!!

Mahogany is trying to put the pieces together, but nothing is adding up. Hopefully it is not too late to get through to this snake. Lord I need part 3.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Now Book 2? Baby… the mess is no longer hiding in the background, it’s FRONT and center 😮💨
Mahogany is not playing about her family or her position, and at this point? She is ready to paint the city red if that’s what it takes to handle business.
And then there’s Santana…
Sir. You are NOT as slick as you think you are. And I know Mahogany sees right through it too 👀 I was side-eyeing him heavy the entire time.
Now let’s talk about Tiff and Money because whew 😮💨 I LOVED them together. That man is all about her in the best way, and my girl is over here trying to act like she don’t want to climb him like a tree every time he walks in the room 😂 I had a GOOD time watching their dynamic.
And Mo? My girl had to be STRONG in this one. After everything she went through, you could really see her pushing through and holding it together the best way she could. That part hit.
This book definitely cranked up the tension and laid all the groundwork for what’s about to go down in Book 3. You can feel it building… and I already know it’s about to be a problem.
If you thought Book 1 had you hooked, Book 2 is gonna have you STRESSED and ready for the finale 😌📚

It is up there in part two. Battle lines have been drawn. Mahogany and her crew are hit with a lot and they are on it to find out who's at their top. Santana thinks he run things but he'll soon learn how false that is. That betrayal is gonna eat him up. Now the beast has been provoked but now she's really woke after that ending. One thing they all don't play about is Beauti so I know people are about to close their eyes permanently about that one. I can't wait for what happens next. I enjoyed this story and this series. Highly recommend.

So much is going on secrets, and snakes being reveled along with Mahogany long lost brother who thought moving to be with his biological dad would be better and that he would be able to learn the streets by being hands.on instead of the way Collie had been training/teaching him. Santana Sr. still felt that because he put in work that he was entitled to Coolie"s legacy so he put a plan in play by using his son all while stabbing him in the back as well. He went as far as trying to break down the table by dealing them but his backup decided to change things to benefit himself.

None of what happened in this book was anything I expected and while I have my predictions something tells me Nai ain’t finished throwing monkey wrenches on the mix. Talk about sleeping with the enemy and it be the ones closest to you. Go awf Santana because I know you’re going to!

Even Better…..
So part 1 was good but Nai didn’t play no games with Part 2. First I can’t stand Santiago and I hope he gets everything coming to him. All three of these are nothing to play with! I can’t wait to see how it all goes down in Part 3.

Much Better
The ending of this book made the series a lot better than book 1. The character development was wonderful and it gave me all the feelings, I cried, laughed, and cussed. I can't wait to read book 3.
