Diane Butchmer is a wanted killer, an assassin running for her life. She's being hunted by an unknown enemy thanks to the hit over her head. She never asked for this career, but was taught to kill from childhood and happened to possess great skill. Diane is sure she'll meet her eventual demise at the hands of another killer, but will it be sooner than she imagined?

Worst of all, she's still a woman with feelings and fell in love. Keeping a secret life while pursuing a relationship is hard work, but he's worth it. Only he doesn't know she's a gun for hire. Nor does she know who wants her dead; it could very well be the man she loves, the family she pledged her allegiance to, or the many enemies she's made over the years. There are certainly enough people who may be out for vengeance.

Diane doesn't want to lose Mr. Right now that she's found him, but her career as an assassin threatens to pull them apart. Will their love bloom, or will the sins of her past come back to haunt her?

Will she be able to escape the dangerous lifestyle she leads to be with the man of her dreams?

I would not suggest this book to anyone. If it really was "stolen" as the other 1 star Amazon reviews indicate, I am sure the original author just didn't want to claim it. Bad Scooby Doo with no monsters. The sex scenes were laughable.
