In a Grain of Sand

Rate this book
Dante Marchetti, MD entered medicine for all the right reasons, so when he is suddenly on trial for killing off patients, including the Pirate's rookie pitching phenom, he is thrown into a world that leaves his intern year in chaos. No longer is he the rising star of his class known equally for his diagnostic skills and humane care. He is the headline blaring Intern Killer who murders at will and for personal gain. Turning in his white coat and hospital badge seemed like the worst day of his life until he found himself in a grey box, wearing prison scrubs and being offered a plea bargain that would end his medical career before it started.
