Wow Wow Wow. I am really happy to have found this. Sure, I know everything said on this but like many I need to be told and I need to be reminded.

The meditation is not quite the usual sort of guided meditation - I found it really very nice and not over the top. Most of all after listening to this I feel amazingly connected again.

I will be listening to this many times over - this is for everybody who is floundering with their life and needs to be reminded that it all lies within.
