such a cool book! i wish more funeral service classes were as neat as this! i realllly loved the textbook and i already find myself recognizing different grief responses and counseling techniques at work. really great resource all around! just giving it 4 stars cause i think it could be updated a little to fit the modern era (since it is no longer 2007 :D)
