This book covers some really good do's and don't about resume's and the interview process. It's 136 Pages of short paragraphs explaining situation "as a HR manager, I have seen" or "As a Hr manager don't do". All in all a Very short read could be done in a day.

Pros:
Helped me fix some Key Resume and Cover letter issues I unknowingly had.
Gave me some insite on how to address HR managers.
Showed me that "I am the answers to the business's problems, not a burden"
Gave me more confidence to give the job hunt another go after being kicked down so much.
Short pocket guide to help solve key Interview/Resume/Application issues.

Cons:
Mentions What colour is your Parachute several times as a reference.
60% dot points.
Lack of examples and alternative ways to solve tough Questions.
Is not a career guide book.
Very short examples of interview questions.

Summary.
Book is a don't do this and you will be ok guide. Not Worth buying, But would hire from a library
