Go back to the beginning, with Kole & Tanner's origin story.
After getting in too deep with the Human Extinction League, Kole has abandoned his friends and his job at the Bureau. Now, he's in Cambridge, England. And he's looking for a vamp who can help him forget his past.
As he spirals deeper and deeper into the world of vampires and F.H.B, he feels truly lost. Until he has a vision. A vision of an emapth, trapped in a concrete box, being tortured for his skills.
Can Kole persuade Mack and Luther to trust him again, and work with them to rescue the mage he's seen in his dreams? Or will his mistakes come back to haunt him?
'Hollow' is a Phoenix Prophecy novella. It is a prequel to the series. In order to avoid spoilers, it's recommended you read Book One 'Nova' before reading 'Hollow'.
Talk about being used and abused. Makes you wonder how Kole and Tanner managed to make it out with their minds intact. Glad to see they were able to survive without giving up.
This was really nice to read. I am on book 4, and being able to see some of their storyline before the main plot was really valuable. I loved being able to know what they went through and why they are so close.
You have to atleast read Nova first. This was the perfect origin story about Kole and Tanner. Now we know why they are the way they are! Thank you Cara Clare!
