compared to the verbose tome that Harrison's is, this book deserves a higher rating on my charts because I just appreciate succinctness and although it too seems verbose, it does a decent job cutting the crap.

I started to read this series since 1996. I give five stars because recently they have removed some chapters and sell them separately via a system not accessible to third world doctors like us!
